Cheek contouring

Cheek contouring is a plan to balance lost volume in the midface and tissue that has settled downward. Whether filler, threads or tightening is suitable depends on how deep the hollow is and how much the tissue has dropped.

Why does the cheek hollow?

Age, a change in weight and less bony support flatten the midface. The transition between cheek and under-eye becomes clearer and the groove deepens. Putting too much filler only on the cheekbone makes the face look puffy. Contouring means putting support back where it is missing.

Which methods are discussed?

If volume loss is in front, hyaluronic acid filler is considered. If the skin is loose but the volume is enough, threads or energy-based tightening may fit better. Both may be needed. The decision is made with photographs and examination. There is no ready-made millilitre.

What keeps it looking natural?

The cheek moves when you smile. If product sits too superficially and in too much volume, a line and puffiness appear when you smile. A small amount, the right plane and a review visit reduce that risk. Some of the fullness seen straight away in the mirror is swelling.

Recovery

Bruising and swelling can last a few days. You do not sleep on your face the first night, and the area is not rubbed. Dental treatment, facial massage and hard exercise are postponed briefly. If asymmetry is still obvious after two weeks, it is checked.

The suitable method is decided after examination. For an appointment you can call 0555 714 62 95 or write on WhatsApp.
