Laser skin rejuvenation
Laser skin rejuvenation uses light energy on spots, fine lines, pores and uneven texture. The device and the number of sessions are chosen for skin type, the depth of the spot and how much recovery time is acceptable.

- 20–40 minSession length varies
- Several sessionsMost plans need more than one
- Sun protectionIt is required throughout treatment
Which concerns is it considered for?
Sun spots, fine surface lines, wide pores, a mild form of acne scarring and a dull look can be approached with laser or light. A deep scar and marked sagging are not corrected by laser alone. Examination looks at whether pigment, vessels or skin quality is in front.
Is it the same for every skin type?
Some lasers can increase pigmentation on darker skin. The device is therefore chosen for skin colour. Treatment may be postponed in summer, with a fresh tan, or while some medicines such as isotretinoin are used. A session is not done with an active cold sore, an open wound or sunburn.
What is the skin like afterwards?
Redness, a feeling of heat and light crusting can last from a few hours to a few days, depending on the strength of the device. Moisturising and a high-protection sunscreen are used in that period. Crusts are not picked. Makeup is not applied before the day the doctor has said.
When is a result seen?
A glow can be noticed after the first sessions. Change in pigment and texture settles over weeks as collagen renews. Lasting rejuvenation is not expected from one session. Care at home and protection from the sun decide how long the clinic work lasts.
